Do you want to have some fun and learn Math in the process? The** Math Grid** will help exercise to your brain in a fun way. The

**Math**is available at three levels: Level I, Level II and Level III.

*Grid*Level I is generally designed for lower elementary kids;

Level II is designed for upper elementary kids; and

Level III is designed for middle/high school kids and adults.

We realize that different kids have different skill levels and you don’t have to strictly follow the levels based on the grade. Anyone is free to do any or all the **Math Grid**.

Here are the only rules for Levels I, II and III::

- Each symbol stands for a number between 1 to 9.
- When you add all the symbols in a row, their sum should be equal to the row total shown.
- When you add all the symbols in a column, their sum should be equal to the column total shown.
- Levels I and II only have positive numbers. Level III may have negative numbers too.

Here are the rules for Level Nova:

- Each symbol stands for a number between 1 to 20.
- Each question mark stands for the arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division). Any operation may be used for each question mark.
- In each row, the two numbers in the corners go through the operation in their middle to get the number on the right.
- In each column, the two numbers in the corners go through the operation in their middle to get the number at the bottom.
- All calculations go from left to right and top to bottom. Example, 8 – 2 = 6. As only positive numbers are allowed, 2 – 6 is not allowed.

Submit your responses in the comment section of individual **Math Grid** posts. We will hide the responses for about a week, so that everyone has a chance to do it themselves before seeing others responses.
